Account Executive
Summary: This is a full-time position that provides strategic and tactical account service for the agency’s clients Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet
business needs.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Provide a point of agency contact with clients as assigned
- Provide leading role in development of strategic marketing plans for clients
- Manage the execution of strategic marketing plans for assigned clients
- Manage all accounts in such manner as to grow the client relationship with the
agency
Primary Duties:
- Meet regularly with assigned clients for the purpose of ensuring client marketing
objectives are met and remain on track
- Prepare client contact reports following all client meetings and distribute to all
affected agency associates
- Effectively present, sell and defend all agency work/proposals to clients while
supporting other client service team members in these functions
- Check and approve creative/production art, copy and related materials prior to
presentation to the client and coordinate client approval of same
- Stay informed of clients' brands, products, services and related marketing
developments within a clients' verticals
- Assist in the development of all client proposals including, but not limited to,
marketing plans, media plans, public relations plans and overall strategic plans
- Respond to all client communications including calls, emails and faxes
- Coordinate with traditional and interactive media teams to ensure seamless
implementation of all plans across traditional and digital media
- Coordinate project timing and budgets with appropriate agency associates
- Coordinate with the Office Manager to ensure prompt collection of accounts
receivable
Qualification/Requirements:
- Must have high level of interpersonal, presentation and communications skills to work
with in-house staff, vendors and clients
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the
organization.
- Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Creative and digital media knowledge, highly desirable
- Ability to discern client needs and effectively communicate those needs to appropriate
agency associates
- Work requires continual attention to establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle
multiple competing tasks and demands.
Education/Training/Experience:
College degree preferred; minimum of three to five years experience in account service. It is
desirable to have experience in an advertising agency environment; or an equivalent combination
of education and experience. The successful candidate will be a team player and enjoy being a
part of building a great agency.

Office Manager
Summary: This is a part-time position (25 hours per week) that provides accounting services and
administrative support for the agency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet
business needs.
Administration:
- Procurement of all office supplies and inventory management
- Set up and manage Quickbooks "Time Tracker" for all associates
- Assist the President in reviewing all agency contracts for business equipment leases, maintenance contracts and agreements
Accounts Payable:
- Review, code and process A/P check requests
- Process and distribute A/P checks
- Handle inquiries from vendors
- Maintain A/P system records
- Prepare and distribute 1099, 1098, 1096 and other related tax forms
- Close A/P on a monthly basis, review, and distribute reports
- Audit employee expenses to ensure compliance with corporate policy before
paying
Accounts Receivable:
- Prepare, review and mail monthly billings based on information received from
Account Executives and the Traffic/Production Coordinator
- Make all bank deposits
- Make collection calls as needed
- Maintain accurate client billing records
- Responsible for coordinating with the agency's bank to invest excess cash in short-term
CDs to earn the agency interest income
HR and Benefits Management:
- Reconcile benefits statements on a monthly basis
- Enroll new employees in benefits plan
- Terminate employees from benefits plan
- Maintain vacation and sick day records for payroll purposes
- Work with the agency's outside accounting firm, as needed, to prepare monthly
financials, payroll and tax returns
Qualification/Requirements:
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential
situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the
organization.
- Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word
processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel,
PowerPoint).
- Extensive QuickBooks experience

Interactive Media Planner/Buyer
Summary: This is a full-time position that provides strategic interactive media expertise for the
agency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet
business needs.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Provide the agency's clients with extensive interactive media options
- Provide leading role in development of digital media strategy
- Manage and optimize all digital media campaigns
- Manage all rich media and online video placements
- Provide performance metrics for all online placements – CPM, CPC and CPL
Primary Duties:
- Research and develop interactive media strategies and plans that best fit the clients
overall marketing strategy
- Provide a seamless interface with traditional media team where both online and
traditional media are being used
- Work with media planning, account service and creative teams to devise
appropriate tactics to achieve the desired impact
- Present all interactive media plans to clients (who may or may not have significant
expertise in interactive media)
- Negotiate pricing with interactive media vendors and provide a final negotiated
recommendation to the client
- Work together with creative teams to ensure creative specifications of an approved
interactive media plan are satisfied appropriately
- Monitor live online campaigns via third-party ad serving software providing daily,
weekly, and/or monthly campaign performance results for the account service team
and /or clients
- Optimize all campaigns in real time with vendors to enhance performance
Emerging Media Knowledge Requirements:
- Instant text messaging
- Content sponsorships
- Mobile and text messaging
- Viral and Blog marketing
- Buzz marketing/reporting and co-ordination
Qualification/Requirements:
